Faulty & Damaged Goods
We will replace any goods that arrive faulty or damage.
You must notify our Customer Service team and they will arrange for return of the goods in an appropriate manner.
In case of breakage, customer will need to notify us of any breakages within15 daysof receipt of order.
In case of short supply, customer will need to notify us of any short supply within15 daysof receipt of order.

Change of Mind
We endeavour to include detailed product descriptions and images on our website to help you make the right purchase decision online. In the event that the product doesn’t meet your expectations after it arrives, you must notify us within 15 days of order delivery. Please email Customer Service email@example.com confirm your return and receive a instructions on how to return your item/s.
We will refund the cost of that product once the item is returned to us in its original and saleable condition including the packaging within 15 days of receipt. If you change your mind about the products you have ordered, you will be responsible for the cost of returning those items to us. Delivery charges are non-refundable subject our Returns Policy
The goods sold are also exchangeable with other products which is of same value or higher. In the event that you would like to exchange product with product which is a higher value, you will pay the differential in price and upon receipt of the returned goods and the differential sum, we will deliver the goods to you via our authorized courier.
Any delivery costs associated with the original order will not be refunded (unless the product is broken/faulty). Any delivery costs relating to the return will not be covered.
Please note that for any returns of orders which are placed outside of Malaysia, only price paid in Website will be refunded, and the Seller will not refund any taxes, charges or other fees applied to the order by your country of residence, customs or authorities.
