DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Time
If products are in stock, Hyrem Retail will normally dispatch your order within 3 business days of accepting your order. Once dispatched you will be notified by via email or mobile notification with a tracking number. After dispatch, the order should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undelivered will incur a re-delivery fee.
Delivery Options
Customer orders are dispatched through our appointed courier company as a door to door receipted delivery. Due to the nature of our product a signature is required. Our appointed courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All risks associated with product passes onto you (the customer) upon receipt of goods.
Delivery Charges
Orders over RM2000 within Klang Valley area will not be charged delivery fees. Free delivery charge refers to 1 order and 1 delivery destination; multiple orders may not be combined. Orders valued under RM2000 or order above RM2000 but outside Klang Valley will incur Delivery & Handling charges. The charges will be depending on address and location
Re-Delivery Charges
If your order is returned to Hyrem as undelivered due to insufficient or incorrect delivery address provided, it will incur a re-delivery charges. Original Freight charges paid are not refundable.
International Shipping

If you love our products but live far far away, no need to worry! We are able to ship our items to almost anywhere in the world! We have gone to great lengths to source the best shippers in the business who will deliver your goods with the same high level of service that we provide for all of our customers

- Taxes & Duties
For all orders from our online store, the customer will be responsible for any Import and Clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This is operated by our courier DHL or any other courier on a 'pay on delivery' basis. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion
